If you've registered your appliance with us you can make scheduling even faster by entering the phone number associated with your registration.
If your appliance was purchased within the last 12 months, it will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty - but you'll need to show a purchase receipt at the time of service.
If you have any service contract or maintenance agreement you must schedule your service by contacting the contract administrator whose number should be listed on your service agreement contract.
If your appliance is not under warranty or covered by a service contract then the charge for the technician to come to your home will cover diagnosing the problem with the appliance, and a written estimate for the repair.
